What is Love?
Science and Faith in Conversation

OCTOBER 24, 2017  |  7:30PM
US BANK CONFERENCE THEATER, OHIO UNION

We’re all familiar with love—our culture is saturated with references to it.  But what is it exactly?  Is it just a matter of the mind?  Is it nature’s clever way of promoting selfish interests? Is there anything transcendent about it? We’ve invited four experts from a diverse set of disciplines—biology, psychology, theology, and philosophy—for a conversation on what this all-important concept is, and on how the difficult work of loving others is realized.
